1. Who Provides This Service

RSVPie is operated by Hero Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16934431), with its registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

By using RSVPie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

RSVPie provides an event invitation and RSVP management platform. We allow you to create event invitations, share them via link or QR code, and track RSVPs. Paid plans unlock additional features including analytics, payment collection, and unlimited events.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RSVPie to:

• → Create events intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• → Send spam or unsolicited communications
• → Collect payments fraudulently
• → Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
• → Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• → Resell or sublicense access to RSVPie without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

Lifetime plan holders are not subject to cancellation — access is permanent.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will review your request. Refunds are not guaranteed but we will always try to resolve issues fairly.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to RSVPie (event details, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating RSVPie.

8. Intellectual Property

RSVPie, its logo, design, and software are owned by Hero Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of RSVPie without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hero Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RSVPie. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep RSVPie available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of RSVPie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
